Accessibility Statement

AirportDriver is committed to making its website accessible in accordance with the Federal Act on the Barrier-Free Access to Websites and Mobile Applications of the Federal Government (Web Accessibility Act – WZG) BGBl. I No. 59/2019 as amended.

This accessibility statement applies to www.airportdriver.at.

Compliance status

This website is partially compliant with compliance level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines – WCAG 2.1 and with the applicable European Standard EN 301 549 V3.2.1 (2021-03) pursuant to Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council, due to the following incompatibilities.

Non-accessible content

The contents listed below are not accessible for the following reasons:

  • PDF documents: Some of our PDF documents are not accessible. We are working on adapting them as quickly as possible or offering accessible alternatives.
  • Images without alternative text: Some images on the website do not have alternative texts. We are continuously reviewing and updating these contents.
  • Elements with low contrast: Grayed-out design elements are used to indicate progress or incomplete forms. When the user enters data correctly, these elements are displayed with sufficient contrast.

Disproportionate burden

  • Historical content: Older content created before the current accessibility guidelines came into force may not be fully accessible. Retrospective adaptation of this content would involve a disproportionately high effort. However, new content is created according to current standards.

Enforcement procedure

If you are not satisfied with the response from the above contact, you may file a complaint with the complaints office of the Austrian Research Promotion Agency (FFG). The FFG accepts complaints electronically via the contact form of the complaints office.

The FFG examines complaints to determine whether they relate to violations of the provisions of the Web Accessibility Act, in particular deficiencies in compliance with accessibility requirements, by the Federal Government or an institution attributable to it.

If the complaint is justified, the FFG issues recommendations for action and proposes measures to the Federal Government or the relevant legal entities to remedy the existing deficiencies.
