Important information: Modified procedures for transfers to and from the airport

Please note that extensive construction work is currently taking place on the departure ramp at Vienna–Schwechat Airport. Due to these construction activities, the airport has temporarily relocated all vehicles of passenger transport companies to Parking Garage 3, which is located directly next to the limousine parking garage. Please also be aware that, as a result of the construction work, access to the terminals/departures will be more difficult and may be restricted.

We ask for your understanding for any inconvenience this may cause and apologize for possible delays. When planning future transfers to the airport, please consider that the current traffic situation may lead to delays that are beyond our control, and we therefore recommend allowing some additional time.

According to the airport, the construction work is expected to continue until approximately April. Nevertheless, we will continue to do our best to provide you with a pleasant and high-quality service despite these circumstances.

Parking Garage 3 – Our vehicles will be temporarily parked there until approximately the end of April:
Once you have met or have been assigned your driver at our counter, you can reach Parking Garage 3 either from inside the terminal (via Terminal 1) or from outside.
